LOCATION: 3333 Bristol Street Space 2071 (Upper Level) Costa Mesa CA 92626 (South Coast Plaza)
PAY RANGE FOR PREP COOK: $21.50$24.75/hour
- Prep Cooks $21.50$22.74/hour
- Dumpling Prep Cooks $23.50$24.75/hour

The base salary or hourly wage range for this role will vary based on multiple factors including but not limited to prior experience relevant expertise current business needs and market factors. JOB PURPOSE:
Prep cooks are responsible for receiving checking the quality of washing cutting and preparing the produce and food goods in accordance with Din Tai Fungs procedures. Prep cooks must familiarize themselves with the standard cutting size of all vegetables and take care and attention to wash vegetables thoroughly.
Dumpling chefs (Dumpling Prep Cooks) are responsible for preparing assembling closing and steaming the dumplings for the guests. Dumpling chefs work from a show kitchen and thus must maintain a clean groomed and professional appearance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR PREP COOK:
We are searching for friendly energetic highly motivated people who will thrive in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
