Job Description
Home Health Aide (HHA)
We are currently seeking experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) for home care cases in Weston FL. MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION! 2 years of HHA experience preferred and must be able to communicate with clients family members and PCAH staff clearly.
Home health aides act as a bridge to independent living for many seniors as well as those with disabilities who may also require assistance with activities of daily living. From monitoring a clients vital signs and physical or mental condition to assisting with grooming hygiene and chores around the house Home Health Aides allow clients to maintain the familiarity and dignity of living at home.

Compensation: $16/hour
Home Health Aid Responsibilities:
Help clients with personal hygiene dressing bathing and other daily tasks
Perform basic health care services for clients including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication
Help with general light housekeeping including cooking meals
Make transportation arrangements or provide transportation for clients as needed
Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers nurses doctors and family members
Observe and report on each clients condition
Stay uptodate with home health aide training policies and procedures
Home Health Aid Requirements:
- HHA or CNA certification that is currently active
Previous experience as a home health aide required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Access to reliable transportation
- Clear communicator that is easy for clients to understand
Current CPR (American Heart Association) Certification
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and provide references
Ability to think and work both independently and with direction
Must have exceptional personal hygiene
Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner
Knowledge of basic housekeeping
