PartTime Seasonal Research Assistant (flexible schedule)

Illinois Foundation Seeds Inc. (IFSI) is an independent company delivering the leading research product development licensing and production for the seed industrys sweet corn and field crops.
Illinois Foundation Seeds Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals in Arlington Wisconsin. This individual will help the sweet corn research team with seed processing data collection and other research activities. This position is ideal for a college student or anyone seeking parttime employment. IFSI can accommodate a flexible work schedule. Casual work setting.

This individual will help the sweet corn research team with seed processing data collection and other research activities. This position is ideal for a college student or anyone seeking parttime employment. IFSI can accommodate a flexible work schedule. Casual work setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Arlington team with packaging drying and shelling sweet corn seed.
- Assist Research Staff with data collection using IFSI research data program.
- Support and aid the Sweet Corn Team with various assignments as directed and as time allows.
Qualifications / Knowledge Needed
- Proficient written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to travel to the Arlington station each day.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- May be required to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
Reporting:
- The PartTime Research Assistant will report to the Arlington WI Station Manager.

Compensation:
- Pay: This position has an hourly pay range of $16.50$17.50/hr. Actual pay is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience while also considering internal equity
