Job Description
JoinPro Rehaban established Therapy company with over 34 years of successful business. We are looking for aFullTime Physical Therapistto join our staff at Valley View Village in Des Moines Iowa. We offer a competitive wage and benefits as well as a$5000 bonus or tuition reimbursement. New grads are welcome to apply!
At least 32 hours per week. Flexible days and times!
Pay Range:$45 $58 / hour depending on experience
Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Assess & Diagnose:Develop Start of Care Visits and Initial Evaluations by evaluating patients physical conditions movement abilities and medical history. Then pass the case/patient to the primary therapist in that area.
- Develop & Implement Treatment Plans:Create and execute rehabilitation programs to improve mobility strength and function.
- Provide Handson Therapy:Perform manual therapy therapeutic exercises and use modalities such as but not limited to ultrasound and electrical stimulation as needed.
- Must be a graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program and have a bachelors degree
- Must possess a current accredited IAPhysical Therapist License
- Must possess strong knowledge regarding state federal and local regulations as they pertain to Home Health care.
- Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
