Job Description
Hawaiian Building Maintenance has been providing quality service since 1957. We are one of the largest facility service providers in the State of Hawaii. We currently perform Janitorial Building Services Mechanical Engineering HVAC and Maintenance Services for numerous commercial retail and residential properties on Oahu Kauai Maui and Big Island. We are a major facility service company with excellent benefits including 401k plan with employer match vacation and competitive wages.
We are looking for a fulltimeMaintenance Technician position located in a multistory building. Candidate must have a valid drivers license previous handson maintenance experience light plumbing electrical HVAC carpentry and painting experience is required. Able to lift push pull a minimum of 30lbs up to 50lbs.
Duties:
Strong organizational skills.
Troubleshooting abilities.
Electrical mechanical and basic HVAC skills.
Create and maintain purchase orders.
Preventative Maintenance experience.
Excellent customer service skills to interact with property managers customers etc.
Valid Drivers license
Schedule:
- Monday Friday 7am to 3:30pm
Compensation range:
- $20$20.80/per hour
