Overview
Consider a new rewarding career today as a PartTime (OnCall) Customer Services Clerk with IST Management Services! Ideal candidates will be ready to grow their career in facilities and office services and to take advantage of internal opportunities at IST Management for training and development toward advancement into full time and management roles.
The Opportunity:
This is an assignment based parttime oncall direct hire role with IST Management Services performing office services work 8 to 30 hours per week.
- Minimum assignment length is 8 hours with a 1hour/30minute lunch
- Assignment length may range from one day up to multiple weeks
- Accepting all assignments is not mandatory
- All locations will be centralized around the Orange County CA area no more than one location per day
- Position will involve cross training for multiple functions and sites
- Dress code is business professional/casual based on responsibilities
Compensation: $17.00 $17.00/hour
Schedule: MondayFriday with hours ranging from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. No nights or weekends!

Responsibilities
This is an assignment based parttime oncall direct hire role with IST Management Services working throughout the Orange County Area. Work ranges from package delivery throughout a large campus environment to office work (Reception Desk Coverage Printing Scanning etc..
- Mail Operations Sorting and processing incoming mail; preparing and posting outgoing mail
- Package Operations Sorting entering and delivering incoming packages; preparing and processing outgoing packages
- Copier Services Handling incoming copy scan print and binding requests
- Corporate Hospitality Taking ownership of environment presentation and assistance with catering and events
- Records Management Scanning and physical filing
- Customer Service Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume production environment
- Perform other tasks as assigned to uphold client and site needs
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have related experience and an interest in crosstraining in a variety of operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer and Internetsavvy
- Must have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds on occasion
- Standing for long periods of time; significant walking
