Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Developer to join our team at A2z YOUTHSOLUTION. This fulltime position located in Bangalore and Chennai requires 7 to 10 years of handson experience in Java development. The ideal candidate will be a critical part of our development team contributing to the technical architecture and delivering highquality software solutions that align with our mission and vision.
Qualifications and Skills
- Expertise in Java programming (Mandatory skill) with proven experience in developing robust and scalable applications.
- Proficient in microservices (Mandatory skill) design and implementation ensuring seamless service interactions and application performance.
- Strong knowledge of Spring boot (Mandatory skill) for building standalone applications with productionready features.
- Solid understanding of the Spring framework enabling effective component management and application configuration.
- Experience in objectoriented design principles ensuring software solutions are modular maintainable and adaptable.
- Proven track record in web services development capable of creating RESTful services and integrating with thirdparty APIs.
- Analytical problemsolving abilities with a focus on identifying solutions that address both technical and business requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders effectively.

- Architect microservices solutions that are reliable scalable and follow best practices for deployment and integration.
- Utilize Spring boot to develop standalone productionready applications that optimize performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of new functionalities with existing systems and infrastructures.
- Participate in code reviews providing constructive feedback to ensure adherence to established coding standards.
- Identify troubleshoot and resolve performance issues and bugs ensuring applications run smoothly and efficiently.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and efficiencies.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies applying new skills and insights to enhance project outcomes.
