Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with professional nursing standards
• Assess monitor and document residents conditions and care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure highquality resident care
• Educate residents and families on health management and care plans
• Maintain compliance with facility policies state and federal regulations

What Were Looking For:

• Active RN license in the state of California
• SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills with a compassionate and residentfocused approach
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining highquality care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
