Employment Litigation Associate San Francisco CA
Our client a highly regarded law firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with 46 years of experience to join their San Francisco office. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled litigator with experience handling California wagehour class actions and PAGA cases to work in a fastpaced highperforming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage employment litigation cases from start to finish
- Handle California wagehour class action claims and PAGA cases
- Draft and respond to discovery requests and initial pleadings
- Draft and argue motions including dispositive motions
- Take and defend depositions of plaintiffs witnesses and experts
- Work directly with clients on various employment law challenges
- Collaborate with a team while also taking initiative on independent case management
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABAaccredited law school
- 46 years of employment litigation experience
- Experience handling wagehour class actions and PAGA cases is required
- Strong legal writing analytical and case management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment
- Selfstarter who thrives both independently and as part of a team
- Active California Bar admission is required
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range: $220000 $250000 (actual pay based on experience skills and internal equity)
