What Were Looking For

• ProblemSolving Skills:Ability to identify patient concerns and implement effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Collaborative Team Player:Work closely with clinical staff frontdesk teams and leadership to streamline patient workflows.
• Licensed Esthetician:Must have state licensure to practice as an esthetician in Georgia.
• Laser Certification: Certification with the State of Georgia Laser License is required.
• Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the industry with proficiency in performing all applicable treatments.
• ClientFocused Approach: Ability to consult with clients assess their requirements and recommend appropriate treatments to ensure satisfaction.
• Sales & Product Knowledge: Ability to promote and sell skincare services and retail products.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication along with outstanding people skills.
• Professionalism & Confidentiality: Must maintain client confidentiality and adhere to workplace policies.

What Youll Do

• Adhere to appointment schedules and ensure treatments start and end on time.
• Welcome clients warmly accompany them to treatment rooms and provide a positive customer experience.
• Conduct skin evaluations and obtain information on contraindications before recommending treatments.
• Provide expert advice on skincare suitable treatments and home care regimens.
• Engage and build relationships with clients to foster trust and retention.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas equipment and linens at all times.
• Ensure compliance with esthetic policies regarding chemical usage and hygiene standards.
• Monitor and respond appropriately to client behavior ceasing treatment and informing supervisors in case of inappropriate conduct.
