Commercial Electrical Supervisor
Location: Austin TX
Pay: Based on Experience
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Supervisor to oversee multiple crews and projects across various commercial job sites. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills extensive commercial electrical experience and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate multiple electrical crews across commercial job sites.
- Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and in compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical drawings.
- Provide guidance and training to electricians and apprentices.
- Conduct inspections and quality control to ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Maintain communication with project managers clients and other trades to ensure smooth project .
- Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues onsite.
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA and NEC regulations.
Requirements:
- Must have a Journeyman or Master Electrician License (Texas).
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial electrical experience.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience required.
- Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems codes and industry best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
