Job Description
Brosnan Risk Consultants is seeking experienced Concierge Front Desk /Security Officers for various retail locations in the Menomonee Falls WI area. Our company provides exceptional security services in over 30 states nationwide. We offer Full Time and Part Time positions competitive pay rate and paid training sessions that are conducted by our highly skilled team of professionals. Available shifts: 1st shift (Monday Friday) 2nd shift (Monday Friday) 3rd shift (Weekends)
Pay rate: $15/hour

Summary of Responsibilities:
Provide access control and support/ visitor management
Maintain a detailed onduty activity log
Deter criminal activities while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times
Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure work environment
Notify supervisor and onsite staff of any irregularities suspicious activities security breaches or safety hazards
Conduct standardized reports that are prompt professional and accurate relative to incident
Must embody and promote company values while operating as a highly visible deterrent on site
Perform miscellaneous jobrelated duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must posses a valid Security Officer License
Must have minimum 1 year of experience in luxury retail
Law enforcement or military experience preferred but not required
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must project a professional appearance
Must own a professional black suit
Must have a clean criminal record
Must have reliable transportation
Fluency in BOTH Spanish & English preferred
Must have a smartphone
Must have strong customer service skills

Submit to and pass a drug screening test
