Responsibilities
Qualifies buyers by understanding buyers requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.
Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics capabilities and features; taking drives.
Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining explaining and offering warranties services and financing; delivers automobile.
Understands automobiles by studying characteristics capabilities and features.
Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers.
- Indepth knowledge of the dealerships vehicles finance options and sales process
- Intuition to anticipate which cars will appeal to different customers
- Active listening to best determine a customers wants and needs
- Persuasiveness to convince customers to make a purchase
- Confidence to create a positive impression on customers
- Negotiation skills to offer deals that satisfy customers while ensuring profit for the dealership
- A welcoming and friendly demeanor
Qualifications
Available to work flexible hours and weekends
Selfstarter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
Ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs eager to improve
Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
Professional wellgroomed personal appearance
Clean driving record and valid drivers license
Must have good listening skills verbal communication and telephone skills.
Exceptional customer service skills including interpersonal communication and rapport building
Organization and time management to handle many different customers including past customers at once
Knowledge and passion for vehicles
Teamwork and collaboration skills to coordinate sales with the financing department and/or other Salespeople
