Responsibilities

  • Qualifies buyers by understanding buyers requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.

  • Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics capabilities and features; taking drives.

  • Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining explaining and offering warranties services and financing; delivers automobile.

  • Understands automobiles by studying characteristics capabilities and features.

  • Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers.

  • Indepth knowledge of the dealerships vehicles finance options and sales process
  • Intuition to anticipate which cars will appeal to different customers
  • Active listening to best determine a customers wants and needs
  • Persuasiveness to convince customers to make a purchase
  • Confidence to create a positive impression on customers
  • Negotiation skills to offer deals that satisfy customers while ensuring profit for the dealership
  • A welcoming and friendly demeanor

Qualifications

  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends

  • Selfstarter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred

  • Ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs eager to improve

  • Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members

  • Professional wellgroomed personal appearance

  • Clean driving record and valid drivers license

  • Must have good listening skills verbal communication and telephone skills.

  • Exceptional customer service skills including interpersonal communication and rapport building

  • Organization and time management to handle many different customers including past customers at once

  • Knowledge and passion for vehicles

  • Teamwork and collaboration skills to coordinate sales with the financing department and/or other Salespeople
