MarketStar currently has an opportunity available for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join us in our Ogden UT location for our Reddit team. SDRs are responsible for engaging and qualifying new accounts. They will contact and build influential relationships with customers sales reps and partner contacts via phone and email interactions. The right candidate will be instrumental in providing value to Reddit and to the advertisers they support.
What Will You Do
Proactively reach out to potential clients through a variety of channels including phone calls emails social media and prospecting tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Qualify leads using a scoring model and setting up meetings or calls between potential clients and our sales team.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to prospects.
Follow a structured sales process to ensure consistent and efficient lead management.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and followups in our CRM system (Salesforce).
Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.
Engage with prospects to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions.
Track and analyze key metrics to measure the success of outreach campaigns and improve performance.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to deal closure.
What Will You Need to Succeed

Demonstrated sales skills including the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Prior experience in sales or a related field is a plus but not .
