Operations Excellence Team Entry Level Positions

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude but are not limited to the following:
- Designing new and enhancing existing workflow driven business processes.
- Creating legal templates with logic driven forms and tags.
- Analyzing automated job queries reports and data from our legal software.
- Overall facilitation of information management.
- Collaborating with other teams.Working closely within the Operations Excellence team to understand the requirements and specifications of operational workflow court forms and template letters.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Entry level SQL skills is a strong plus
- Excel in time management prioritization multitasking and problem solving in a deadlinedriven environment.
- Strong computer skills are a must.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Pay: Starting at $15.00 $17.00/ hour
Schedule: 8hour shift Monday to Friday
Background/Drug Testing:Both a clear criminal background check and clean drug screen are required to be eligible for employment.
