About You
Youre energetic caring and dedicated to fostering childrens growth through creative adaptable and inquirybased learning. You thrive in a collaborative environment and contribute positively to a respectful supportive culture. With empathy and patience you take pride in building positive trusting relationships with children and families. As an experienced Room Leader you will be confident in leading a team and guiding the programs development.
To be eligible youll need:
Completed Early Childhood Teacher qualification
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Current Working with Children Check
Child Protection Certificate
Key Responsibilities
As a Room Leader and educator you will:
Inspire children through playbased learning and engaging experiences
Plan and implement programs that empower children to lead their learning
Create a safe inclusive environment that encourages creativity and resilience
Build strong relationships with children families and team members
Document and celebrate childrens developmental milestones
