Job Description
- Be the point of contact for external/internal stakeholders (such as Sales Customer Success Finance and Accounting)
- Manage billing inbox to address internal/external requests in a timely manner
- Perform daily and/or weekly tasks within Zuora for invoice accuracy
- Research and solve outstanding invoice and payment issues
- Manage AP inbox new vendor setup and process vendor invoices
- Assist in preparing annual form 1099 for vendors
- Support the accounting team with adhoc projects
- Assist with monthend close procedures around Cash and AP/AR

- 4 years of total experience in accounting with at least 2 years in audit at a Big 4 firm and at least 2 years working at a high growth technology startup
- Prior audit experience or experience working with external auditors
- Experience with Zuora billing and invoicing is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with accounting and billing software such as QBO and Bill
- Maintain a high level of integrity confidentiality and professional skepticism
- Proactive selfstarter and strong project management skills with ability to multitask prioritize assignments and meet deadlines in a fastpaced and growthoriented environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills pivot tables vlookups) and proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with crossfunctional teams

The base pay range target for the role seniority described in this job description is $82000 $110000 in San Francisco CA. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors such as candidate experience and expertise geographic location total compensation and market data. In addition to cash pay fulltime regular positions are eligible for equity 401(k) health benefits and other benefits; some of these benefits may be available for parttime or temporary positions.
