Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Test Automation Intern to join our dynamic Quality Assurance team. As a QA Automation Intern you will be assisting in the development implementation and maintenance of automated testing solutions for our software products. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and gain handson experience in the field of software quality assurance and automation.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the QA team to design develop and execute automated test scripts on LFK fixtures.
- Assist in maintaining and updating test cases test scripts.
- Work closely with developers to understand product features and requirements for automation.
- Help with setting up and configuring test environments for automated tests in INT and QA envs.
- Participate in the analysis of test results identifying defects and ensuring that issues are tracked and resolved.
- Participate in agile sprint cycles and attend daily standups to report progress.
- Learn and adapt to new automation tools and technologies.
Education and Experience Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or related field.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Python Java JavaScript or C#.
- Knowledge of cloudbased IoT platforms ex: AWS
- Understanding of software development and software testing principles.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Basic understanding of testing methodologies.
- Exposure to automation tools Ex: Selenium Appium or similar
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
