Be able to reach bend stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
Must be able to follow printed recipes and plate specifications.
Experience working in a professional kitchen.
Experience working with live fire cookery.
A firm understanding of kitchen sanitation practices and health department standards.
