About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nurse Manager to lead the Specialist Clinics within Alfred Brain. This role is an integral part of the Alfred Brain nursing management team overseeing clinical operations patient access workforce management and service improvement initiatives. The position is crucial in aligning the clinics with Alfred Healths strategic goals while ensuring highquality patientcentred care.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the operational and clinical functions of Alfred Brains Specialist Clinics.
Drive workforce planning recruitment and retention strategies for nursing staff.
Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and service delivery.
Oversee financial management ensuring efficient resource allocation and budget adherence.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient flow and clinical outcomes.
Manage clinical risk safety and compliance with national healthcare standards.
Foster a culture of continuous professional development research and innovation.
About You
You are a proactive and innovative leader with strong clinical expertise and a passion for improving patient outcomes. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are skilled in managing complex healthcare services.
Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
Tertiary qualification in healthcare or business management (or working towards).
Extensive clinical nursing experience in a relevant specialty.
Proven leadership and management skills in a hospital or specialist clinic setting.
Experience in service planning workforce development and financial management.
