What are we looking for
SoftPro is seeking a Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM) Software Architect in our Raleigh NC or Jacksonville FL offices. This is a hybrid position with a requirement to be in the office 23 days a week. In this position you will provide technical vision and direction to our CIAM Center of Excellence CIAM CoE. You will be responsible for selecting integrating and driving the technologies best practices and systems architecture that best supports the CIAM CoEs short and longterm business objectives in delivering the CoEs CIAM initiatives across all of Fidelity National Financial and its subsidiaries.

What will I do as a CIAM Architect at SoftPro
- Envision and drive the technical strategy for implementing CIAM best practices across the FNF enterprise
- Evaluate new technologies and provide guidance on industry best practices and technical trends for CIAM
- Be a visible leader in evangelizing CIAM best practices to customers and stakeholders of CIAM CoE
- Develop conceptual system designs and architectural roadmaps
- Develop working prototypes of new or complex design elements
- Translate business and functional requirements into solutions that integrate seamlessly to existing solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the CoE team members
- Perform design and code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to design and coding standards
- Document systems and architectures as appropriate
- Manage multiple activities in a fastpaced environment
- Collaborate with local and remote teams
- Follow Agile software development practices
What skills do I need to be a successful CIAM Architect at SoftPro
- 7 years of software development experience with a concentration on design and architecture
- Proven ability to translate business and functional requirements into effective solutions
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with nontechnical audiences
- A solid understanding of or experience with software and infrastructure design patterns leveraging external identity providers for workforce or CIAM
- Experience with cloudnative architecture and cloud technology offerings (Azure preferred) including identity providers
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and cloudnative service development
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices and principles with demonstrated experience of the CI/CD process
- Experience with or solid understanding of infrastructureascode approaches to configuration management
- Familiarity with Agile software development practices (SCRUM Kanban)
- Strong methodical problemsolving skills
- Selfstarter who demonstrates initiative
Education Requirements
BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience designing highly performant and reliable commercial businesstobusiness applications with commensurate software architecture experience
