Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team. This role is ideal for an early years professional with a Level 3 qualification who is looking to take the next step in their career supporting the delivery of highquality care and education in a nurturing and stimulating environment.
The nursery provides a warm and welcoming home from home setting where children are encouraged to develop independence confidence and curiosity through playbased learning. If you have a strong understanding of child development and a passion for creating enriching learning experiences we would love to hear from you!
What Were Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience working in an early years setting with a strong knowledge of child development.
- Confidence in supporting a team and promoting best practices in early years education.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with children parents and colleagues.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to delivering the highest standard of care.

Your Responsibilities
- Deliver HighQuality Care & Learning Support the development of a safe engaging and stimulating environment for children.
- Plan & Implement Activities Create ageappropriate learning experiences that encourage social emotional and cognitive growth.
- Monitor & Track Development Observe and assess childrens progress adapting activities to support individual learning needs.
- Support & Inspire the Team Lead by example ensuring best practices are followed and providing guidance to junior team members.
- Build Strong Parent Partnerships Foster open communication with parents and carers keeping them informed about their childs progress.
- Maintain Safeguarding Standards Ensure all policies procedures and safeguarding guidelines are followed at all times.
