You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join Suffolk County Councils Health Business Centre as a Business Support Assistant Manager in the Health Visiting Clinical Administration Team working from Allington House Ipswich.
The Health Business Centre (HBC) is an integral and key element of the Suffolk 019 Healthy Child Service and its function is to support the delivery of the health visiting and school nursing services to children and young people across Suffolk ensuring that families receive a seamless efficient and timely response. It is also the single point of contact for all clients staff and stakeholders.
Your role and responsibilities
This supervisory role is imperative to the smooth running of the Administration Team. Working alongside the Business Support Manager you will be responsible for the 16 staff members 10.4FTE) in terms of monthly supervisions and PDRs daily resource management escalation point and go to expert.Youll also be responsible for all new starter training and maintaining the Admin Handbook reference documentation/training manual for the team. Youll work closely with the wider HBC team and the health visiting team managers whilst receiving management supervision and you will have access to the inhouse training to support you in your role.
In addition youll be working with the Business Support Manager to implement strategic change and deliver programmes of activity that will deliver efficiencies for the service and streamline access to our services for service users.
