Job Description
Contractor(s) shall provide services in support of the overall functions of the Laboratory of Viral Diseases LVD/NIH located in Bethesda Maryland.
MANDATORY EDUCATION: PhD or Masters degree with at least five 5 years of postmasters experience. Minimum of three 3 years of experience working in a laboratory setting. Experience in Chromatin Immunoprecipitation Assays (ChIP Assays).
FIELD OF STUDY:Immunology Microbiology Micropathology Science and Biology
EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge of statistics of virology and of epigenetics is required.
Experience working with DNA viruses; titering infection of tissue culture cells fluorescent and confocal microscopy.
Familiarity with bioinformatic analyses of RNASeq ChIPSeq ATACseq and protein purification chromatography.
