Your responsibilities:
- Drive Business Development & Marketing Strategies: Lead initiatives across various expertise groups strategically advising lawyers and executing gotomarket strategies to identify new opportunities for business growth and brand building.
- Develop & Implement Business Plans: Create robust business plans for each practice group focusing on client/target development marketing opportunities and crossselling initiatives.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Identify crossselling opportunities between expertise groups and offices and work closely with firmwide colleagues to share and leverage best practices.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor trends in the Belgian legal and tax landscape and seize PR and media opportunities to enhance our firms image.
- Organise Impactful Events: Develop and coordinate client PR and social events defining target groups and creating programs that strengthen and promote our firms reputation.
- Track & Report: Work closely with Partners and Group Coordinators to track activities and results ensuring continuous improvement and success.
Your profile:
- Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business Development or related fields. A Masters degree is preferred.
- Professional Experience: 35 years of experience in Business Development ideally in a law firm or service industry such as consultancy or banking.
- Language Skills: Perfect knowledge of Dutch and/or French excellent English and at least a good passive knowledge of Dutch or French.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Personal Attributes: Proactive autonomous resultsdriven structured and organised with an entrepreneurial mindset. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.
- Project Management: Advanced project management skills and a selfstarting ability to get things done.
