Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior System Administrator to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This fulltime position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will manage maintain and oversee the IT infrastructure ensuring optimal performance. This role is crucial in supporting our organizations highquality standards and innovationdriven approach.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 13 years of experience in system administration showcasing the ability to manage server environments efficiently.
- Proficient in Windows Server management with a solid understanding of configurations and troubleshooting (Mandatory skill).
- Skilled in Active Directory administration including user and computer accounts management (Mandatory skill).
- Strong network troubleshooting skills crucial for maintaining network health and resolving connectivity issues (Mandatory skill).
- Capable of firewall and security configuration to ensure network safety and compliance with industry standards.
- Familiarity with firewall security principles to protect the organizations information and resources effectively.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills essential for diagnosing and addressing various IT challenges.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organizations server and network infrastructure to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Oversee the configuration administration and maintenance of Windows Servers and Active Directory services.
- Conduct routine network troubleshooting to identify and resolve performance or connectivity issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with security policies through effective firewall and security configurations.
- Monitor systems and network activities to detect and mitigate potential security threats or breaches.
- Collaborate with the IT team to develop strategies for ongoing technical improvement and innovation.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users ensuring resolution of ITrelated queries and issues.
