Were partnering with this exciting client a global leader in power management to find their next Sales Lead for the Commercial Buildings Team within the UK market. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented sales team shape the future of their power distribution portfolio and drive growth in an increasingly competitive market.
As the Sales Lead you will be responsible for leading and growing the companies power distribution sales team helping them navigate the commercial buildings sector and expand their footprint across key customer groups including contractors panel builders consultants and end clients. Youll play a key role in:
Skills and experience for the Field Sales Engineer job:
- Sales experience with 2 years in a leadership role ideally in a B2B environment within the technology sectors.
- A solid understanding of the UK technology market electrical infrastructure and power distribution solutions with a keen eye on emerging trends like energy storage and EV charging.
- Strong experience with sales tools preferably Salesforce to drive performance and business insights.
- A leader who embraces change and is excited about implementing new processes to drive team success.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients partners and internal teams.
