Harlem Center for Nursing and Rehabilitationis looking for a RegisteredOccupational Therapist to join the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility inHarlem NY!

Registered Occupational Therapist Responsibilities
Screenevaluate and treat residents per MD order
Developeffective treatment plans including longand shortterm goals frequencyduration and treatment modalities
SuperviseOccupational Therapy Assistants and Rehab Aides in direct resident care andresident related activities in accordance with state practice acts
Treatresidents according to a treatment plan approved by the attending physician
Recordclinical documentation of daily treatments and procedures
Participatein scheduling of residents as indicated
Participatein discharge planning
Registered Occupational Therapist Requirements
Degreefrom American Occupational Therapy Association Accredited School ofOccupational Therapy
CurrentNYS licensure as an Occupational Therapist
Preferred
Previousexperience in postacute/longterm care
