MonFri 8am5pm Pay Based on Experience: $17$27/hr Performance Bonus PTO Paid Holidays Medical & Dental Insurance 401K Match SignOn Bonus. Dispatched from home no office commute.

Job Duties:
Diagnose and repair residential appliances including but not limited to washers dryers refrigerators ranges freezers
Utilize laptop and phone to document and research information
Provide exceptional and timely customer service
Experience required:
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Valid drivers license
2 years experience as an inhome service provider
Excellent customer service skills
Computer skills
Excellent communication skills
Mechanical and electrical knowledge
Must be able to lift 50100 pounds

As an appliance repair technician youll work with anything from dishwashers to microwaves to dryers. In other words youll need to be fairly knowledgeable about large appliances portable appliances mechanical work as well as electrical work.
Youll deal with more than just appliances though as a repair technician youll have to deal with people too.
Appliance repair technicians must also have skills in high mechanical aptitude have impeccable written and verbal communication skills work adeptly with repair tools be okay with lifting heavy machinery and of course be incredibly skilled in troubleshooting problems.
