Job Description:The Executive Assistant will provide highlevel administrative support to the CEO and members of the Executive Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in business administration finance and communications. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the CEOs calendar scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements. The candidate should be proficient in Office365 Outlook Excel Salesforce and PowerPoint. The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for networking and event planning. The candidate should have excellent organizational skills experience supporting multiple Clevel executives and be able to prioritize tasks effectively. Role and Responsibilities: - Plans coordinates and ensures the CEOs schedule is followed and respected. Provides gatekeeper and gateway role creating winwin situations for direct access to the CEOs time and office.
- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO Accounting and Operations leaders including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; assisting with Accounting and Operations tasks composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans itineraries and agendas; and compiling documents for travelrelated meetings.
- Communicates directly and on behalf of the CEO with internal and external stakeholders on matters related to CEOs programmatic initiatives.
- Researches prioritizes and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action referral or response.
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the Presidents office and internal departments demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility trust and support with senior management staff.
- Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities following up appropriately. Acts as a barometer having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the President updated.
- Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization and manages a variety of special projects for the President some of which may have organizational impact.
- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a handson approach including drafting acknowledgement letters personal correspondence and other tasks that facilitate the CEOs ability to effectively lead the company.
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously proactively and followsthrough on projects to successful completion often with deadline pressures.

Education Experience & Skills: What Technical Knowledge Experience & Skills are required to effectively fill this role - Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Construction Management or or equivalent experience preferred
- Advanced understanding of the construction process including project management cost control scheduling safety regulations and engineering
- Knowledge of contract risk management as well as clientcontract requirements and sub contractor requirements.
- Experience working with local municipalities inspectors utility providers and government officials.
- Experience Managing a Budgets and P&L
- Fundamental knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance.
- Understanding and proficient on Salesforce 90io CE Microsoft 365 and Project Management software
- Drivers License
- Willingness to regularly travel within the region and to corporate office
