Are you a Caregiver passionate about caring for seniors and making a real difference At The Pines of Richfield a Cassia senior living community youll assist residents with daily living activities provide companionship and ensure they receive the highest level of care. We are seeking a compassionate dependable Caregiver who thrives in a teamoriented environment. Whether you are a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Attendant (PCA) and are looking for a rewarding role in a supportive nonprofit community wed love to have you join our team!
Position Type: FullTime or PartTime
Pay: $19.12 $23.31 per hour (based on experience)
Location: 400 West 67th Street Richfield MN 55423. Metro.
Schedule:
- Shifts: Days 7:00am to 3:30pm)Evenings 3:00pm to 11:30pm) or Nights 11:00pm to 7:30am)
Caregiver (CNA HHA or PCA) Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily activities including bathing grooming dressing and mobility.
- Monitor and record vital signs.
- Administer medications and assist with treatments as directed by a nurse.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Document care provided in a computerized charting system.
- Observe and report changes in residents physical and emotional wellbeing.
- Collaborate with nurses and other caregivers to ensure the highest level of care.
Caregiver (CNA HHA or PCA) Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Attendant (PCA) certification is preferred but not required!
- Passion for senior care and a strong sense of compassion.
- Reliable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.
- Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
