Exciting Opportunity: Director of Operations
CORY is hiring a Director of Operations who is passionate and driven about leading teams and driving operational performance ready to innovate and make a real impact every day. We are hiring a resultsdriven Student Housing leader who is passionate about working alongside a dynamic entrepreneurialminded team!

Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
- Oversee the performance of a portfolio of 45 multifamily student housing properties (Approximately 20K beds).
- Provide new and innovative approaches to continuous improvement through property management operations which support improved efficiencies and performance.
- Ensure alignment with local state and federal regulations.
- Lead coach and develop a strong team of four 4 Regional Managers and communicate with important stakeholders.
- Develop and manage annual budgets for the assigned portfolio and oversee the attainment of budgeted goals.
- Coordinate work activities and services from vendors consultants and other contractors as needed.
- Detailed knowledge of property competition and other market conditions affecting leasing and operations.
The Skills & Experience You Possess:
- A minimum of ten 10 years of experience in property management specifically Student Housing
- A minimum of three 3 years of experience managing and leading multisite teams including Regional Managers
- Proven success in managing and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership skills; passionate and committed to the development of staff.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory up to 6070 of the time
