Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in both frontend and backend development with a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable highperformance web applications. The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for guiding the technical direction of our projects mentoring development teams and ensuring the delivery of robust and scalable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain scalable and robust web applications handling both front end and backend development.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and userfriendly
- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop highquality reusable and maintainable code across the entire stack (frontend and backend).
- Develop and maintain APIs microservices and database schema.
- Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Maintain technical documentation and participate in code reviews to foster knowledge sharing and uphold code quality.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends evaluating their potential impact on our projects.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot system issues to improve functionality.
- Ensure crossbrowser compatibility and responsiveness across devices.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the full stack.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 9 years of experience in fullstack development.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and frameworks like React Angular or Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobilefirst development.
- Strong experience with backend technologies such as Python & Java.
- Extensive experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) including design and optimization.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies including Agile and DevOps practices.
- Some experience with Data streaming technologies like Kafka and Spark streaming for large scale data processing
- Understanding of testing frameworks/tools for frontend and backend.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience with serverless architectures and functionsasaservice (FaaS).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with GraphQL and other advanced API technologies.
- Familiarity with web performance optimization techniques and tools.
