HOMEBOUND TUTOR

Location: District
Position/Title: Homebound Tutor
Broad Function: Homebound Tutors provide tutoring services to students who are unable to attend school. Hours vary based on student need.
Duties:
Various hours times grade levels and subject areas
Work 1:1 with student at public library or home
Document work completed
Maintain communication with Department of Student Services and Special Education
Supervised By: Pupil Services
Qualification Profile:
Bachelors Degree required
Candidate should demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain a good rapport with students and possess a personable relationship with teachers.
Consideration will be given to the following:
- Ability to carry out directions in both oral and written form.
- Various life/work experiences that contribute to the candidates overall preparedness.
- Prior experience working with school age children.
Benefits: $31Per Hour
