Position: Medical Oncologist
Location: Seattle WA
Job Type: Fulltime
Seeking a fulltime permanent Medical Oncologist to join thrivingand highly collaborative oncology team. This clinic is committed to providing patientcenteredteambased care to a diverse population with embedded support services toenhance both patient care and provider satisfaction. Many team members havebeen with the group for years reflecting strong culture of teamworkengagement and professional growth.
Position Highlights:
- Call schedule: 1:5 rotation
- Embedded specialty services:
- Palliative care within the oncology clinic
- PharmD support in both infusion and clinic settings
- Strong multidisciplinary collaboration:
- Access to IR GI therapeutic and diagnostic interventions colorectal and breast surgeons
- Work alongside 4 Medical Oncologists 1 Medical Oncology APP 2 Radiation Oncologists 1.5 GynOncologists and 1 GynOncology APP
- Growth opportunities in a highvolume practice
Qualifications:
- Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) in Medical Oncology New graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Ability to obtain a Washington State medical license and DEA with full prescriptive authority.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $500K $700K base salary
- Additional productivity quality/service incentives call pay and extra shift incentives
