Weekly Work Schedule: Mondays Friday 6am 2:30pm
Pay: $17.50 $22/hr based on relevant warehouse maintenance and cleaning experience with the opportunity to earn annual performancebased raises and eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
You must be able to comfortably lift up to 80lbs for this position as you will frequently be lifting standing and bending throughout the shift.
You will be required to work in multitemperature environments on occasion for short periods of time some of which reach subzero.
Our Custodians are responsible for the necessary overall upkeep in and around the warehouse as well as the offices bathrooms and common areas during the week. While on the job you will learn how to operate a powered floor scrubber become familiar with the layout of the facility all while maintaining a safe and clean work environment for all.
Essential Job Requirements:
- Assisting with corrective preventative and emergency maintenance needs in a timely fashion.
- Identifies reports and assists in building and equipment repair needs.
- Performs regular warehouse floor maintenance; sweeps and mops operates powered floor scrubber etc.
- Maintains inventory of maintenance operational and janitorial supplies.
- Observes all safety product handling and security guidelines and follows Safety/HACCP procedures.
