Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixedterm program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. We are looking for an aspiring marketer; but most importantly someone who is strongwilled and selfmotivated. A person that can understand complex topics and create innovative and efficient content with performing outcomes. The ideal candidate is up to date with social media trends plugged into the cryptocurrency industry very familiar with the Polish market and passionate about Binance; you are versatile with a hacker mindset and a great person to work with able to write and edit clear concise creative copy on tight deadlines. We are looking for an organized and rigorous worker native Polish speaker and no fear to do the hard work when it is needed. We are a team of builders so we build. Responsibilities:
- Social Media and Community management: Run local social media channels and groups (Instagram X Telegram) creating and localising content independently;
- Organise and implement social media activities such as giveaways;
- Engage with crypto community on social media channels by writing and answering comments;
- Solve problems & answer questions raised by community members provide support and assistance on behalf and with support of the core team;
- Draw takeaways from community feedback and sentiment to further improve Binances product and offering;
- Event management: Participate in webinars and AMAs (with support of the core team) support offline event organisation;
- Marketing campaigns: Organize and support the implementation of marketing campaigns on Binance platform such as trading competitions aidrops or special APRs;
- Market monitoring: Observe key events on the crypto market analyse opportunities and proactively bring ideas on how to improve our marketing actions;
- Partnerships: Identify interesting partnership opportunities on the Polish market and proactively propose to the core team;
- Help to grow Binances user base and increase the awareness of the Binance brand in fun creative and informative ways.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled into a University (Graduate or Postgraduate) program at a major University preferable in Marketing/Communication;
- Native Polish & Advanced English;
- Experience in community management or related professional experience with retail user communication skills ideally with skills on Discord / Telegram / Tiktok / Instagram;
- Great passion for the crypto industry;
- Solid knowledge of Binances products and services as well as blockchainrelated terminologies and trends;
- Fast learner and an alwayslearning mindset ready to work hard to grow in skills & cando attitude with pressure and tight deadlines;
- Organized reliable and rigorous personality but also creative;
- Previous experiences and/or personal projects where you showed initiatives;
- Strong verbal and excellent written communication skills;
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets able to use basic formulas for basic marketing analytics such as campaign results analysis.
