Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Oversee the of power quality services and projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Develop detailed project plans timelines and resource allocation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality.

Team Coordination:

  • Coordinate activities between vendors and our regional teams to ensure seamless project .
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and support to regional teams to resolve technical and operational challenges.

After Sales Service Support:

  • Develop and implement aftersales service strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage aftersales service activities including maintenance troubleshooting and customer support.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and complaints.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and expectations.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that all projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans progress reports and service records.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project status aftersales service activities and customer feedback.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all projectrelated activities.
