Rendezvous Pizza Quail Springs
Location: 14020 N May Ave RENDEZVOUS QUAIL SPRINGS Oklahoma City OK 73134
Rendezvous Pizza in Northwest OKC is seeking a friendly and efficient Server & Hourly Supervisor to join our team and grow with us! They will be responsible for taking orders serving food and drinks and ensuring customer satisfaction as well as working supervisor shifts. On the supervisor shifts they will be responsible for opening or closing the restaurant. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with customers and addressing any concerns
- Process payments and make change accurately
- Keep dining area clean and organized
- Assist with the training and supervision of the team ensuring all employees are performing at their highest capability.
- Closing & opening administrative responsibilities on supervising shifts
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Server and Shift Leader is required. Management experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
