UW Credit Union is hiring for a Middleton High School Teller Intern and we want YOU to apply!
As a PeakTime Teller you will play a vital role at your branch for both your teammates and UW Credit Unions members. Peak Time tellers provide member service during busier hours this ensures that no matter when a member enters a branch they will receive the legendary service that UW Credit Union is known for. Responsibilities
- Be the face of UW Credit Union by providing front facing member service.
- Achieve balanced scorecard results in alignment with Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy
- Maintain a high degree of knowledge in all UW Credit Union products and services
- Ensure all members requests are processed accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to UW Credit Unions Cash Management policies and procedures
- Research all teller transactions when potential errors are identified and communicate with affected members
- Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships through building rapport uncovering needs making recommendations & submitting referrals
- Consistently seek out opportunities to exceed member expectations
Qualifications
What Youll Need to Succeed
- Must be a Middleton High School student
- Must have applied and be accepted into the Dane County Youth Apprenticeship Program
