Im the direct recruiter for a wellpaid Senior/Exec Project Manager with a successful construction management services firm.
Visible 6year project MF office near you

As Senior/Executive Project Manager with ANE Consulting https://anenow/ youll support the and delivery of designbuild services for four new boroughbased jails in NYC to replace Rikers Island.
HIGHLIGHTS
Lead PM designbuild project ensuring completion/delivery inline with design/budget/schedule specs
Mix of inoffice (Midtown Manhattan) & onsite Midtown or Brooklyn as needed
Develop efficient/costeffective plans for project implementation
Administer agreements monitor contract performance review project schedules/payments/budget projections
Maintain reporting/records management: contracts/drawings correspondence/progress reports permits/regulatory compliance requirements
Review/approve change orders/manage budgets/financial reporting/payments/invoicing
Engage contractor workforce to implement work
Conduct site visits/inspections to monitor construction progress: quality and compliance. project specifications
Foster safety culture/promote safety protocols particularly with contractor work
REQUIREMENTS
Around 15 years projects management including 7 years in leadership and:
Leading largescale highrise complex construction projects in traditional designbuild delivery
Construction cost/scheduling/estimating/purchasing/engineering/accounting
Read/understand/interpret contract documents/drawings/specs/ scopes of work/project schedule
Work with New York City public agencies
Construction/project management software/tools
Leadership/interpersonal/written/verbal/negotiation communication
Advanced presentation skills
MS Office Suite
