We are supporting a highly reputable law firm in London as they expand their team seeking a Senior Contentious Wills & Trusts Solicitor to join their growing office. If you are a partner or an aspiring partner with a passion for contentious probate and a minimum of 7 years PQE this could be the perfect opportunity to take your career to new heights.
About the Role:
As a Senior Contentious Wills & Trusts Solicitor you will be a key player in handling complex disputes involving wills estates and trusts. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of success in contentious probate matters excellent client management skills and the ambition to drive growth within the firms thriving Private Client department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a varied caseload of contentious wills probate and trusts.
- Represent clients in highvalue disputes including mediation and litigation.
- Mentor and support junior members of the team.
- Work closely with partners on strategic growth and business development initiatives.
