Job Title: Account Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting tasks including ledger entries reconciliations and financial record maintenance.
- Oversee sales and purchasing activities ensuring compliance with company policies and effective cost control.
- Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and timely updating of all financial transactions.
- Process and monitor purchase orders invoices and receipts while ensuring timely payments.
- Track and record expenses accurately categorize expenses and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Familiarity with banking procedures and maintain professional correspondence with banking partners resolve any banking issues
- Report generation and updation.
