ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES:
Conduct market assessment to develop specific strategies that drive sales growth.
Utilize effective reporting mechanisms to measure and track performance of OEMs.
Conduct field visits with OEM representatives to gain a clear understanding of in market product requirements
and local market drivers.
Maintain a high level of product expertise including technical and application knowledge.
Meet monthly quarterly and annual sales objectives.
Prepare all required reports on a timely basis.
Follow and enforce all corporate policies.
Support Senior Manager in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while building and maintaining
strong customer relationships.
Participate in trade shows and conferences to showcase our products and expand professional networks.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Liaison with key account stakeholders OEM Service providers etc. for complete order to payment cycle
including order validation and claim settlements.
To understand key accountspecific hurdles & cocreate solutions with Stakeholders to develop relevant Value
propositions.
Projection forecasting & inventory management of Key Accounts (OEM) provide key insights to senior
management on Business Planning & .
Prepare the necessary agreements (trade contract quality agreement) and Audit based on customers
requirement.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelors degree in Science or Marketing. Five plus years experience in technical or medical sales with prior
experience of channel and key account management preferred.
Ability to evaluate business contribution capacity as well as manage an efficient sales management organization.
Excellent communication planning organizational and problemsolving skills.
Ability to tactfully yet forcefully deal with independent business people.
