The Software Development Engineer (SDE) will play a crucial role in designing developing deploying and maintaining fullstack web applications in a fastpaced agile environment. As a key contributor within Modernas Warsawbased team you will work closely with crossfunctional partners including product owners and engineers to deliver innovative software solutions that drive business impact and enhance user experiences. This role requires expertise in modern web development technologies cloud environments and a willingness to operate in an evolving software ecosystem where cuttingedge digital solutions are embraced.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Design develop deploy and maintain fullstack web applications.

• Collaborate with product owners to understand business needs and create scalable efficient software solutions.

• Work within an agile team to contribute to various projects in a cloudnative environment.

• Monitor analyze and enhance application performance resilience and scalability.

• Integrate applications with external systems to enable automation data analytics and optimized workflows.

• Participate in code reviews unit testing and other software development best practices.

• Document technical systems ensuring user requirements are met through effective communication.

Heres What Youll Need (Minimum Qualifications)

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 25 years of experience in modern fullstack web application development.

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript HTML CSS and frameworks like React Angular or Node.js.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).

• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.

• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.

Heres What Youll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience working in Life Sciences biotech or a regulated environment.

• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.

• Experience with Docker Kubernetes and serverless architectures.

• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress.

• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
