In order to accelerate growth and reinforce the Technical Operations we are looking for a Process & Reliability Engineer. This role is based in Hoboken.
The Head of Process & Reliability Engineering Operations and Continuous Improvement plays a key role in the development of our technical positioning and development. You are a skilled professional with a strong and broad knowledge of industrial processes and technicalcommercial capabilities. This role leads the development of reliability engineering and custom solutions adapted to customer processes.
More specific you are in charge of the following activities:
- develop reliability engineering capability within the division with a special focus on rotating equipment and fluid processing solutions
- lead the development of a reliability engineering business
- manage complex fluid processing skids projects
- identify high added value application and trigger opportunities
- act as a change agent coaching mentoring and inuencing at all levels
- develop train and mentor employees to foster a strong culture of crossfunctional solutions development
In this function you report to the Industrial Projects Department Manager.
What do you need
- degree in business management engineering or a related eld; or equivalent experience
- 10 years of relevant experience in industrial processes and/or reliability engineering and/or electromechanical service
- ability to build commercial proposals
- excellent coaching capabilities
- keen to challenge the statusquo and to continuously improve
- open to travel in Belgium
- fluency in Dutch and basic knowledge of French & English
