Job Description
Skillfield is growingand were looking for a Machine Learning Engineer whos passionate about building realworld machinelearning solutions.
This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience under their belt whos ready to take their skills to the next level. Youll be part of a collaborative team solving business problems with machine learning models and contributing to delivery across industries like telco utilities and beyond.
What Youll Be Doing
- Deliver production grade ML inference training and monitoring pipelines from development through to production
- Build and validate machine learning models to solve real business challenges
- Collaborate on model optimisation evaluation and deployment
- Support data preparation wrangling and feature engineering tasks as needed
- Work with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) to build scalable solutions
- Engage with clientspresenting insights and contributing to technical delivery
What Were Looking For
- Solid experience in Python and ML libraries (e.g. scikitlearn XGBoost pandas)
- Handson experience with Azure or AWS
- Understanding of ML lifecyclefrom training to deployment
- Strong problemsolving mindset and willingness to learn
- Comfortable in clientfacing settings or keen to grow into one
- Bonus: Experience with MLOps tools (e.g. MLflow Airflow Docker Databricks)
