Job Description
Fondy Powersports is looking for an enthusiastic Parts and Accessories employeeto join our team. Applicants interface with customers directly (walkin telephone online) to help determine their needs and supply them accordingly. Additionally engage with the sales and service department to ensure those parts and accessories needs are being met in a prompt and timely manner for our customers. This would be a great step up for someone currently employed atanautodealershipor big box retailer store (AutoZone OReilly NAPA Advanced Auto Parts). If youre apowersports fanatic with excellent customer service skills this job is for you!

Work Days: TuesdaySaturday
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers immediately in a courteous and friendly manner
- Share with customers your knowledge of theof Good Better and Best products that we sell
- Staying uptodate with our power sports gear brands and product knowledge
- Maintain and deliver awesome personal & useful support to potential or existing customers who contact us
- Ensure customers are satisfied with their buying experience
- Recommend related parts which may be required
- Attempt to locate rare parts
- Ability to work with several customers at once while maintaining individual customer satisfaction
- Handle online and telephone transactions quickly and courteously
- Alert customers of any sales specialsor new merchandise
- Accept payments for merchandise and keepcash register drawer accurate
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Outgoing friendly personality and superior communications/customer service skills. Knowledge of Power Sportsindustry is a plus.
- Connectswith customers in a friendly manner
- Confident answering calls entering orders in computer system
- Confidentin selling to customers and to allow the customer to make an informed buying decision.
- Always show a positive attitude and be a genuine team player.
- Takes ownership of the customers experience by carrying out assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
- Willing to work Saturdays
- Can lift up to 50 Lbs.
