Manager of Sales & Church Partnerships At Ligonier Ministries we are committed to equipping churches and individuals with faithful biblical teaching. As we expand our global reach we are seeking a strategic and missiondriven Manager of Sales & Church Partnerships to lead efforts in developing relationships with churches key accounts and distribution partners. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on the church worldwide by expanding access to Ligoniers trusted resources. At Ligonier youll work in a collaborative and missiondriven environment engaging with churches worldwide and making a lasting difference. What Youll Do: - Sales & Key Account Management
- Provide strategic insights to the Senior Director of Global Programs to execute sales initiatives that align with ministry goals.
- Manage revenue and net income for all trade key account and church sales.
- Lead crossfunctional sales campaigns working with internal teams to expand access to Ligoniers resources.
- Develop and implement key account sales processes to enhance customer experience and strengthen relationships.
- Identify new strategic ministry partnerships and distribution opportunities to expand Ligoniers global reach.
- Collaborate with the Accounting team to manage and ensure the timely payment of key accounts.
- Oversee the travel budget for salesrelated activities.
- Church Partnerships & Engagement
- Develop and lead church partnership initiatives in the United States and support international efforts.
- Expand Ligoniers Church Partnerships Program identifying and pursuing new leads to connect churches with discipleship resources.
- Oversee promotional strategies for church partnerships ensuring effective communication and engagement with church leaders.
- Work crossfunctionally to deliver timely and effective sales and church partnership communications.
- Team Leadership & Strategy
- Serve as a mentor and colaborer leading with a collaborative approach.
- Support forecasting and budgeting for sales outreach and team growth.
- Represent Ligonier at conferences sales meetings and events (travel up to 20 including occasional international travel).
- Lead special projects as assigned to support ministry expansion and outreach efforts.
What You Bring: - A bachelors degree in business or related field or 5 years of relevant experience in sales partnerships or ministry outreach.
- A highenergy missiondriven mindset with a passion for equipping the global church.
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to mentor and manage a growing team.
- A selfstarter with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and drive results.
- Excellent communication skills. Professional clear and adaptable to diverse audiences.
- Technological proficiency and experience in Google Docs Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Agreement with Ligoniers Core Statement of Faith and alignment with its mission.
This is designed to be an inperson role on our campus in Sanford Florida; however a hybrid arrangement may be available for the right candidate. This position is for a nonprofit Christian organization located in Sanford FL. At this time we are only able to hire individuals who are authorized to work in the United States.
The pay range for this position is $80000 $95000 annually. Pay ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. We may ultimately offer more or less than the posted range and the ranges may be modified in the future. An employees position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience geographic location and organizational needs.
