Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Job Summary: As a Certified Nursing Assistant you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care and support to Clients. You will work under the supervision of licensed nursing staff and contribute to creating a safe and comfortable environment for those under your care. Your dedication and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care will be highly valued in our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing dressing grooming and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure temperature and pulse rate.
- Observe and report any changes in patients conditions to the nursing staff promptly.
- Help patients with mobility transfers and positioning to prevent bedsores and muscle stiffness.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized patient environment.
- Respond to patient calls and requests for assistance.
- Promote patient independence while providing necessary support and care.
- Foster a compassionate and supportive atmosphere for patients and their families.
Requirements:
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience or training as a CNA in a healthcare setting (new graduates welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong empathy and compassion for patients.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from nursing staff.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
